Our services cover the whole spectrum of oil & gas upstream development, as we provide technical assistance to both private companies and governmental institutions at all levels. We are proud of our heritage in being 100% indigenous, with technical partners/partnerships in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom (UK).

Structurally, Servon is efficiently organized into two (2) business segments:

1. Human Resources Management, and;
2. Engineering Services.

Taken together, they allow Servon to provide a complete and holistic suite of services targeted specifically to the Oil & Gas Industry.

Operationally, our services are delivered through three (3) operating units:

1. Manpower Supplies
2. Human Resources Development
3. Engineering Services and Maintenance of Process Facilities (facility upgrading and restructuring)

We have incorporated, and maintain high levels of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental standards in all our business activities. As a result, community affairs are taken very seriously; we recognize our responsibilities and maintain a strong cordial relationship with our host communities. Also, due to our high-quality control and assurance program, operating quality standards are never compromised.

Servon seeks to develop a proven track record when it comes to integrity management in the provision of best-in-class services to operators within the Oil & Gas sectors. We follow accredited procedures necessary to undertake the development and review of risk-based inspection programs. We are also capable of supplying the complete inspection, engineering and assessment process required to ensure that pressure systems remain fit for purpose.

Our services are executed by highly qualified personnel holding the industry-recognized certification of competence. All our field personnel are trained to the required level of competency for their particular discipline and work to industry standards.

As well as physically performing the maintenance or repair, Servon can manage project tasks or supply project support personnel including inspectors, engineers, and surveyors.
